(Updated) Notes on MTurk – What Segments You Can Actually Find There

The other day we gave MTurk another shot. I have to admit that this time I was much lucky with it.

Our Sortpad squad managed to make about 17 interviews with US parents about their mobile photography habits within less than 48 hours. And respondents were actually great people! (…taking 10 mins for 2 bucks – I am sure they were inherently motivated anyway.)

I still do have doubts about finding certain segments like young trendsetters there, yet for parents it seems to work well indeed (even during weekdays). Or maybe we just got very lucky thanks to some planetary alignment or such.
